Martha Bartlett Piland

My Chamber membership allows me to network with other people who are serious about helping Topeka grow and move ahead. When we work together on this common goal, we’re much more powerful than if we’re each working alone. The Chamber is where we can all come together, roll up our sleeves and make it happen. Then we all reap the rewards.

– Martha Bartlett Piland, MB Piland Advertising + Marketing

One of the greatest benefits of the Chamber membership is that it provides a tremendous networking opportunity for each of the members, to be able to meet your fellow business associates, understand their services and share your services with them. It gives us the opportunity to do business with other local Topeka companies, enabling your business and Topeka to grow economically.

– Randy Goldsmith, CB Richard Ellis, Inc.

Our Chamber of Commerce membership is valuable for lots of reason. It provides us with a way to meet other people in the community; it’s a means to network on important projects; it provides information that is helpful for our planning processes; it provides direct sales opportunities; it provides a way to let the community know what we are doing; it’s an organization that works for the best interests of local business, large and small.

– Gary Blitsch, Framewoods of Topeka

Belonging to the Chamber gives us a sense of belonging to the larger business community. As a small business, access to such a varied and diverse base of support is priceless.

– Lynda Fisher, Countertop Shoppe

As a small business owner I do not have a big budget for marketing and advertising. Joining the Chamber has given me unending opportunities to network, gain new clients and get involved with a minimal annual investment. When the Chamber staff says they are there to make all of us successful they mean it! I would not trade my Chamber membership for anything!

The Chamber and Fast Forward has helped me grow through out my entire professional career. It started with learning to network at Business After Hours and Chamber Power Breakfast. Then moved to getting involved and working with other YP’s on Fast Forward Steering Committee. Leadership Topeka taught me more about my community and help developed relationships and a passion for Topeka. Those skills along with help from the EMBD were invaluable in helping start Meridian Roofing Solution.
