Goal: Identify and develop potential leaders.
Strategy: Enhance leadership skills via the Leadership Greater Topeka (LGT) program.
Goal: Recognize the outstanding Chamber Member Firm and Chamber Volunteer.
Strategy: Identify via a nomination form mailed to membership, candidates for these awards.
Goal: Create an image of Topeka as an outstanding city for young professionals to live, work, and play.
Strategy: Identify and encourage involvement in the community by young professionals, ages 20-40, through the Fast Forward program.
Goal: Encourage retention of new senior management executives in Chamber member firms.
Strategy: Offer periodic community orientation for new senior management executives.
Strategy: Enhance materials and information for newcomers.
